Company refers to Edupartner Hub Pvt. Ltd., incorporated and operating under the laws of Nepal.

User / You refers to any individual, institution, or entity that accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to revise pricing at any time. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

The total liability of the Company, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a written request to the Company. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of amounts paid.

The Company may terminate or suspend access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that the Company determines violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Company, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, including the Companies Act, 2063, and any other applicable legislation.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
